Railway Dunstable Town Station

Dunstable Town railway station which opened in Church Street in 1858. The railway bridge is still standing. From here the trains travelled past Grove House, under Dog Kennel Walk and over High Street North to Dunstable North Station. There was a short branch line to Houghton Regis cement works.
